Bevan’s first visit to Define ranks right up there amongst our Greatest Hits. Delighted to get him back as part of our 25th Anniversary indulgence and very excited to share a single barrel of Pinot Noir that we’ve selected to commemorate it. Widely respected as one of South Africa’s greatest estates, focussing on Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from the beautiful Hemel-en-Aarde valley. Menu details to follow but get it in the diary!
