Our Restaurant
Set in the heart of our wine store, our restaurant allows diners to enjoy the creations of our Head Chef Richard Rowley surrounded by the reassuring presence of 1000s of bottles of wine. Richard sources the finest produce and often pilfers gems from our deli to come up with a heady mix of classic tapas dishes and an array of delicious small plates.
The Restaurant
We offer a range of over 30 wines by the glass and a selection of bottles curated by our wine manager. A haven for wine-lovers, who can also choose any of the range of +1800 wines from our shelves, with the addition of a corkage fee of £12.50. You can drink the finest wines on the planet at a fraction of what you’d pay in most restaurants.
Customers can now enjoy our wonderful space at various times of the day, with award-winning coffee and fine French pastries served from 10am, and a mouth-watering array of Mediterranean tapas and small plates served at lunch and evenings on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Brunch is back on Saturday’s from 10.30am-2.30pm.

New Sunday Lunch Special at DeFINE
In addition to our full menu, we have recently introduced a new Sunday lunch offer, featuring Chef’s take on roast beef, using the elusive, prime ‘Picanha’ cut taken from the rump of fine beef reared down the road in Whitegate. Beautifully tender with great flavour, served with a Yorkshire pudding, roast carrots and cavolo nero.
