Marques De Murrieta Wine Dinner
Another mouth-watering prospect awaits as we welcome Gianluca from the iconic Rioja producer, Marques de Murrieta. One of the region’s greatest pioneers that continues to lead the way with a stable of extraordinary wines of all colours, culminating in their Castillo Ygay Gran Reserva 2012, crowned the greatest wine in the world in this year’s Wine Spectator Top 100.
We’ve put together a menu to showcase our favourite Murrieta wines, including their Albarino from their sister estate in Rias Baixas. The Ygay retails at a whopping £300/bt which would blow the budget somewhat. It would be a damn shame not to show it though, so we’re offering a 70ml measure of this as a subsidised optional extra.
