We’re delighted to welcome Paolo Creazzi, the owner and winemaker at one of our favourite estates. Based in the beautiful rolling hills of Valpolicella, just outside Verona, Paolo crafts a stunning range of whites and reds from local varieties, culminating in his remarkable Amarone Riserva. This promises to be another memorable Dinner at Define.

Our last dinner sold out in 48 hours and we could have sold it twice over. As this will be released on our social media accounts as well as what you’re reading now, we think it’s fairest if we delay the opening of bookings until tomorrow (Valentines Day) at 12pm , so that no particular platform gets a head start.

A flight of these wines would cost considerably more in a ‘normal’ restaurant than the ticket price- you’re in for a treat! We’ll also be offering a 15% discount on any mix of 6bt of Paolo’s wines ordered on the night.
