Hilary Stubbs
Hilary’s first insight into hospitality came whilst studying History at Birmingham Uni, working at a greasy spoon in Selly Oak, the legendary "Selly Sausage". She’s been in hospitality every since, culminating in everybody’s dream job, Restaurant Manager at Define! The arrival of Hazel, all the fault of Sous Chef Connor, meant frequent evening shifts were no longer viable, so a switch to become Deli Manager has kept her aboard the good ship Define.
Her passion for food and wine led her not only to Define, but I suspect played a part in her choice of husband too- Sous Chef Connor! Whilst she enjoys fine flavours, she has an unseemly fondness for, Pot Noodles, giant bars of Galaxy and Flamin’ Hot Monster Munch. Connor prefers pickled onion- I suspect their first kiss brought a tear to the eye!
A whirlwind of activity at work, although like whirlwinds, she leaves a trail of destruction in her wake. Barely a day goes by without Hilary breaking something. Since joining Define back in 2019, she has broken 73 plates, 236 glasses, 168 coffee cups, 3 credit card machines and one KP. Not that I’m counting.

Although not quite classed as a bonafide superstar, I have been interviewed on Honduran National TV.... Autographs available on request....

I'm going to have to plead the 5th on this one, I've got a reputation to uphold after all!
Superpowers:
The ability to thoroughly clean and tidy things to such an extent that my colleagues (mainly Jon) can no longer find anything.
